Structure Of Air Cushion Machine

The structure of air cushion machine mainly includes the following key components:
Air cushion unit: This is the core component of the air cushion machine, responsible for generating the air cushion effect. The air cushion unit is usually composed of multiple independently controllable parts, and the air pressure can be adjusted as needed to adapt to different loads and ground conditions.
Airbag: The airbag is used to store compressed air and form an air cushion between the air cushion unit and the ground. The airbag is usually made of wear-resistant materials, such as rubber with curtains, and can withstand high pressure.
Air regulator: Used to control the flow and pressure of compressed air to ensure the stability of the air pressure inside the air cushion unit.
Air pipe: Used to transport compressed air from the compressed air source to the air cushion unit, including the main air pipe and the auxiliary air pipe.
Drive device: The air cushion machine is usually equipped with an external electric roller, such as the WZA electric roller, to drive the conveyor belt to move.
Conveyor belt: It is composed of a core layer and a covering layer. The covering layer is divided into an upper covering layer and a lower covering layer. The belt width is generally between 400-650mm, and the number of fabric layers is 3-5 layers. Conveyor belt support device: It is used to support the conveyor belt. It usually adopts a perforated air chamber disc groove to release high-pressure air through micropores to form an air film to support the conveyor belt and the materials on it. Tensioning device, frame, feeding device, unloading device, cleaning device, cover, slip and deviation alarm device, centrifugal fan, etc. are also important components of the air cushion machine, which jointly ensure its normal operation and maintenance.
